| Description: | I redid these seat post winter 2002-03. They used to be really ugly. I notched some 1" OD tube on a milling machine with a 1" end mill to fint the frame, then welded then in place. I made the 'nipples' that hold the springs in place from stainless on a metal lathe.
The guk on the fendor is duct tape I put on when I first installed the fendor to avoid scratching the frame. Now I can't be bothered getting it all off :) |
